How to Lose Extra Pounds Quickly!

If there's an important event coming up and you've got to lose a few extra pounds in order to be comfortable, then there are several diets out there that will help you to accomplish that.
Some of these diets are extreme and will be torture but they work for the short-term.
With a rigorous workout plan combined with extreme dieting, you can lose as much as 20 pounds in a week.
Losing two to four pounds a week is healthier and more realistic.
Generally, to lose weight, you know that you have cut your calories and exercise to burn more calories.
You need to be working out for at least an hour a day and don't just stick with one exercise program.
Do high impact aerobics one day and cycling the next.
Drink lots of water and switch out fatty foods with healthy foods and vegetables.
Make sure you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
In addition to these simple rules, there are also fad diets you can try that will produce the results you want.
Some of these are: The Cabbage Soup: The Cabbage Soup diet is a 7-day diet (not to extend any longer) allows you lose extra pounds lightning fast.
It's low in fat and is full of fiber.
It instantly starts your weight loss while giving you a chance to transition to a weight loss program for more long-term results.
The Lemonade Diet: With the Lemonade Diet, you drink up to 12 glasses of lemonade a day for 10 days.
This one is more difficult considering there's no food involved.
Lemonade works because it's a detoxifier.
This diet allows you to lose up to 8 pounds.
The Atkins Diet: The Atkins Diet allows you to keep eating food but causes you to lose weight by cutting out all of the bad carbs.
Follow this diet and you could lose up to 30 pounds in one month.
Note that you need to take vitamin supplements with some of these diets and always consult a doctor before you start any weight loss program.
Crash diets work well for the short-term and can be used as a start but if you're looking for long-lasting results, you need to switch to a diet that you can do longer than a few days.
For example, you to need to eat more fruits and vegetables and think of it as a lifestyle change.
