While Trillian Anywhere is not an official Cerulean Studios portable app, it sure operates, looks and feels like the popular multi-protocol IM.

This portable app provides all the same great features as Trillian, but with a file size small enough to operate off a portable USB drive.

Downloading Trillian Anywhere Portable App

First, download Trillian Anywhere portable app from the Trillian web site. Users should first select which version of Trillian they would like to run.

(Pro versions require membership, available from the Cerulean Studios website.) After selecting your version, a step-by-step guide will appear showing you how to successfully download Trillian Anywhere.

Using Trillian Anywhere Portable App

After successfully downloading Trillian Anywhere, locate the folder “c:\temptrill” and copy the entire folder to your portable USB drive. Users can then open “trillian.exe” in the copied folder to access Trillian on any computer, using their USB drive.
