• Gripe water is a liquid home treatment to soothe fussy babies. The ingredients of gripe water can greatly differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, but some of the common ingredients in traditional gripe water include alcohol, sugar, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and simethicone.
