I know how frustrating it is to grow up and always be called the skinny guy.
Knowing that your friends can beat you up whenever they want is a shot to the pride.
But did you know you can actually put on muscle just as fast as everyone else out there? You might disagree with me about this right now, but in this article I am going to show you how to easily pack on the muscle and finally gain some respect.
1-Eat a lot of food I know I can hear you right now "But I am eating a lot.
" If you are saying this, then let me ask you something.
When was the last time you saw that scale move at least one pound per week? If it is staying the same then you are not eating enough.
You can work out all you want, but unless you are providing your muscles with the proper food, you aren't going to get bigger.
2-Make sure you train properly It is true that eating a lot is a huge part of gaining muscle, but if you do it without working out then you will just get fat.
Don't watch people working out in the gym, this will just make you want to do what they are doing, and what they are doing won't work for you.
You need to be lifting a weight that allows you to get at least three to six reps.
No more and no less.
This weight is heavy enough to force your muscles to grow.
If you do ten reps or more, your muscles will laugh at you and go back to sleep.
3-Believe in yourself OK, I know this sounds super cheesy, but you can't put on muscle if you don't believe in yourself.
If you have a positive attitude and constantly put the picture into your brain of what you want to look like, your body will do whatever it needs to do to look like that.
