In the spirit of cutting the crap, I'll just get right into the Fat Burning Exercises, as promised.
And not just any old exercises, these are some of the most wicked exercises imaginable...
...
the HIIT.
That's the name of the game when it comes to fat burning exercises to turn your body into a fat burning furnace, it's the most effective strategy, and it works many many times quicker than jogging ever could, because it continues to burn the fat AFTER you're done with the exercise.
So what does "HIIT" mean? Well, it stands for High Intensity Interval Training, kind of self explanatory.
Basically, it means working out in short bursts of ultra high intensity, then resting for a longer period, and then going at it again at the high intensity, and it's just rinse and repeat from there.
One example of a HIIT exercise would be running, but in a certain way, that in the beginning is almost certain to kill you...
just kidding! But it sure feels like it...
You basically run AS FAST as you can for about 15 seconds, giving it everything you got...
then walking or lightly jogging for 1-2 minutes, and then sprinting again for 15 seconds, and you do that maybe 6 times or so.
That will shred your fat in no time.
Another example of a HIIT exercise, which is my favorite, is Hill Sprinting.
Basically, you take yourself to the bottom of the biggest, baddest hill you can find...
and you run up.
And again, giving it everything you got, running as fast as you can.
Walk down again, rinse and repeat.
