What part of the body is the favorite according to females? The chest! A chest workout routine needs to have certain elements in order to be tighten you chest and make it look great.
Let's first take the upper chest.
This is the hardest part to develop and the most underdeveloped and under-trained part of most guys.
If you want a full thick looking chest you have to hit the upper chest hard.
To do the upper portion you need to have an inclined bench.
When your body is inclined at an angle you will work more of the upper part.
You will also be a lot weaker in this position so be ready to use lighter weight.
Next we will look at making your chest a little wider.
To do this you need to use the bar for the bench press and widen your grip so that the arms are much wider than your shoulder width.
To develop the lower part of the chest you will need to do the exact opposite of what you did for the upper.
So you will be doing your chest exercises on a declined bench.
The only negative outcome of this is that blood rushes to your head while you are exerting strength.
The real key to getting a great looking chest is by having many different workouts that you can rotate through so that you don't ever hit a plateau.
You muscles need to always be experiencing new things, whether they be new lifts or new amounts of weight.
