Everyone does it.
Everyone says it.
Monday is chest, Tuesday is legs, Wednesday is back and so on and so forth.
Whenever people say "Well how come we're supposed to work out like that?" the answer is usually a picture of the latest bodybuilder.
"Because they do it and you want to look like them, don't you?" It's the ultimate in gym myth and nonsense.
The biggest jokes about gyms is that when someone says something, it's soon adopted as truth because pretty soon, a bunch of other people are saying the same thing.
The biggest problem with the typical training routines is that top level competitors and bodybuilders are essentially freaks of nature.
Yes, anyone in the world can build and transform their bodies.
But for these guy's, their DNA is specially made to build muscle.
They probably put on 5 pounds of muscle every time they sneeze.
Also, for these guy's it's their life.
They put in tons of hours at the gym, true.
But they're also eating in the neighborhood of 10000 calories in a single day.
Can you afford to eat a week's worth of food every day? I can barely get down half that when I'm trying to gain muscle mass.
We, as normal people, just don't have the time or money to afford that! We have jobs, kids, girlfriends and video games to take care of! Lastly, these guys are spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars on supplements.
Sure it's easier for them to gain muscle, but when you're competing at that level, you're going to need help.
These supplements help their muscle recover faster and become bigger and stronger than they normally would.
And then we have little old us, trying to repeat these guy's success in a rather haphazard way.
We've been training wrong our entire lives.
You have to adopt a training program that allows your muscles to grow and recover.
Spending hours in the gym only hinders your growth and burns excess amounts of calories that should be used to help you recover.
You must start training smarter, not harder.
Let all the other guys spend countless hours in the gym and get typical results.
You can workout properly and get real results to be proud of.
