How to Get Ripped Abs Quick

Every guy wants to know how to get ripped abs quick.
Yeah, you can make the joke that you have a keg instead of a six-pack, but every guy knows that a six-pack is the most desirable body part.
Unfortunately, it's also the hardest to obtain.
I'm going to show you some ways to get ripped quick.
Cardio - In order to get those ripped abs, you will need to, of course, get rid of that extra fat around you stomach and abs.
The best way to do this is cardio, but not just regular, boring old cardio, you need interval training.
Interval training is a period of low intensity followed by a period of high intensity.
Like jogging for 1 minute and then sprinting for 1 minute and repeating.
Doing this for 15-20 minutes has been proven to do more for you than an hour of regular cardio.
Strengthening Exercises - A mistake a lot of people make when they are trying to tone the abs is that they just do a bunch of sit-ups and crunches and hope that will cut it.
When you are trying to get those awesome abs, quality is better than quantity.
Therefore, you want to do slow and controlled movements, not just mindlessly busting out crunches til you get tired.
And when you are doing the exercises, you want to really focus on your abs, feel the strain and how they contract.
Focusing on what you're doing helps more than you might think.
Sleep - Sleep is one of the most underrated aspects of any workout or exercise routine.
Sleep is the only time you build muscle and recover.
Anyone on any type of workout or exercise plan needs to be getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
How much results you get are basically a direct representation of how much sleep you are getting.
So, if you are only getting 6 hours of sleep as opposed to 8 hours, you are automatically reducing your results by 25%! These tips will help you greatly in your quest for those ripped abs, but for really amazing results you will need to learn a few secrets that will accelerate your efforts.
