- 1). Locate the small button that says, "Reset" on the back of the modem.
- 2). Press the button with a small tip, like a pen or a toothpick. You will hear it click when you successfully reset the modem.
- 3). Allow the modem to fully restart before attempting to connect to the Internet again. The "Online" light should be lit.
