The first thing that you need to do to gain massive amounts of muscle quickly is to make sure that you are consuming large quantities of food.
That means that you really need to be pushing the food down hard and really be focusing upon getting all the right nutrients into your body.
Without getting in the right amounts of mass, you will never see the muscle growth that you want.
The second thing that you want to do to gain massive amounts of muscle quickly is to make sure that you are working out in the gym with hardcore intensity.
That does not mean that you need to be spending hours in the gym.
What that means is that you need to really be spending little time in the gym but working out to maximum intensity.
You want to be able to feel the soreness the next day.
Those two things are the key to seeing insane amounts of muscle growth very quickly.
So make sure that you are focused on these goals and taking action to achieve them.
