- 1). Open the dishwasher and inspect the upper right hand side of the door. Locate the serial plate on the door panel.
- 2). Copy the information from the serial plate, which should contain the model number, serial number and possibly the year of manufacture.
- 3). Confirm the production year of the dishwasher by calling Bosch Customer Care at 800-944-2904. Provide the model and serial numbers exactly as they are printed on the serial plate.
