- If you receive the "F20" error code on your Duet washer, press the "Pause/Cancel" button twice, and remove the washer from its power supply. Remove any clogs or kinks from the water inlet hose, and verify that the hot and cold water faucets are in the "On" position. Allow the hose to unfreeze if it's frozen. Restart the wash cycle by pushing the "Start" button. The "F21" code indicates a problem with the drainage hose. Press "Pause/Cancel" twice, and disconnect the washer. Remove any clogs, and unkink the hose. Install the hose 96 inches above the floor. Restart the cycle.
- The "Sud" error code means that you have too many suds in the washing machine. The machine has started the "Suds Routine" to reduce the number of suds. You do not have to do anything to fix this issue, but use less detergent during the next cycle. The "F22" code indicates a problem with the front door lock. Stop the cycle, and verify that the door is completely closed. Do not overload the dryer, and remove a few items of clothing if necessary. If you receive any other "F" error codes, hit the "Pause/Cancel" button twice, and select "Drain/Spin" if you have too much water in the washing machine. If this doesn't resolve the issue, call for service.
- The "PF" error code means that your power went out. Press "Start" to turn the dryer back on. The "AF" error code indicates an airflow issue. Clear the code, and clean the lint screen, exterior vent exhaust hood and dryer vent. Examine the dryer vent to see if it's bent or crushed, and replace it if it is. If you continue to receive the error, clean your home's duct system.
- Examine your fuses, and replace them if they're bad if you receive the "L2" error code. Reset your circuit breaker if it's tripped, and see if the power cord fits snugly into the wall outlet. If you receive any type of "F" or "E" code plus a number, you must contact a service technician. This indicates a major problem with your dryer.
