- 1). Remove the dishwasher from the packing. Protect the floor and dishwasher with a sheet of cardboard. Place the two corner posts behind the dishwasher, then lay it on its back on the cardboard. Remove the front and lower panels and set them aside in a safe place.
- 2). Measure the height of your cabinet and check it against the chart in the installation instructions. There will be a variety of holes for attaching the wheels to the dishwasher. Attach the wheels based on your measurements and the chart.
- 3). Stand the dishwasher upright and move it near the cabinet opening. Plug the power cord into the wall receptacle, and connect the drain hose to the unit by putting the drain hose clamp over the connector then sliding on the hose. Tighten the clamp.
- 4). Slide the machine into the cabinet space being careful not to kink any wires or hoses. Check that the machine is level front to back and side to side. Adjust the legs as necessary.
- 5). Connect the dishwasher to the water supply line by inserting the copper supply line into the compression fitting and tightening the nut to the elbow with an adjustable wrench. Turn on the water and check for leaks.
- 6). Secure the dishwasher to the counter top with two Phillips head screws after checking to be sure the dishwasher is still level. Test run the machine to be sure it works and there are no leaks, vibrations or other issues.
- 7). Reinstall the door panels. In some models the color can be varied by changing the panels. Install by sliding one side into the frame, then the other.
