- 1). Click "Start" and then click "Computer."
- 2). Double click the drive in which the folder exists inside which you want to create the subfolder (for example, C).
- 3). Double click to open the folder in which you want to create the subfolder (for example, MyFolder123).
- 4). Click the "File" menu, point to "New" and then click "Folder."
- 5). Type a name for the folder below the "New folder" icon that appears (for example, MySubFolder123) and then click on this folder icon to save the new name.
