The state of Florida is a popular tourist destination. All spaces have free cable TV and full utility hookups. RV spaces can accommodate slide-outs. The campground offers free coffee by the park gazebo, a library, RV storage and a clubhouse. Cedar Pines also has pay phones, restrooms, showers and a laundromat. The campground has daily, weekly, monthly and yearly rates. Members of Good Sam, Woodall's, AARP, the Florida Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds, Escapees RV Club, Coast to Coast and the Automobile Club of America may receive discounts.

Phone and cable TV service are also included. Standard and waterfront sites are available. Pets under 15 pounds are welcome. The park features 400 feet of white sand beach, with an observation deck overlooking the water and Santa Rosa Island. Magnolia Beach Campground is close to a shopping mall, golf, restaurants and a convenience store. The park offers daily and weekly rates for waterfront sites, and daily, week.
