- 1). Apply a small amount of cutting cream to the painted surface you want to remove. The cream can remove the paint from the clear coat and painted surface because the paint you are trying to remove isn't protected by a clear coat spray.
- 2). Work the cream into the paint using an orbital buffing machine. Turn the buffer on the lowest setting, then increase speed until the cutting cream removes the paint. Be careful not to apply pressure to the buffer. Let the cutting cream do the work. As soon as the paint you want to remove has been removed--stop buffing.
- 3). Wash the area with soap and water with a sponge and dry it with a clean, lint-free towel.
