Bo shows up to see Paige, Matt has some kind of ?stomach ache? that ?forces? him to miss school. Paige and Bo talk alone, Paige knows that Matt is faking his illness because he misses Nora and tells Bo to let him call his mother. Bo lets Matt call Nora, but Nora isn?t at the hotel. Dan answers and promises Matt that he?ll have Nora call. Bo grabs the phone. Dan asks if there?s anything new with the Cramer murder case.
Bo says that he hasn?t arrested Jen yet. Dan wants a suspect brought in and charged with the murder ASAP. Bo tells him to enjoy his honeymoon and hangs up. Meanwhile, outside her office, Paige tells Matt that it?s ok to miss people but it?s not ok to fake illness and get out of going to school. Matt thanks Paige for the pep talk and runs to get some food. Bo oversaw the whole thing and is really happy that Paige is his girlfriend. Paige is ok with being called Bo?s girlfriend. They embrace and kiss each other.
Jen pays a visit to Lindsay. Lindsay begins to help Jen with her problems, but Riley barges in claming that he misses Jen. Lindsay leaves them alone to talk. Riley explains that he really misses Jen. Jen doesn?t believe him and wants to know why he doesn?t believe that she didn?t kill Paul. Rex pops in and wants to know the same thing. A shouting match ensues between Riley and Rex. Lindsay breaks them up. Jen runs off to be by herself. Lindsay makes Riley and Rex it down to discuss their problems like adults.
That doesn?t go to well as another fighting match ensues, leading Riley to walk out.
John is going over ?The Killing Club,? which he finishes last night. Van wakes up and asks him what he?s doing. John explains that he is afraid that he won?t be able to target the next move of the killer and is concerned that someone else will die before he can do anything about it.
Mike gets a strange phone call ? a recording of Marcie giving a speech. Frantic from the call, Mike rushes over the Marcie?s house to find her passed out on the couch. Mike wakes her up and takes her out of the house. Marcie tells Mike that her dad and Ron are still in the house. Mike runs back in as Marcie?s dad walks out. A few minutes later, Mike comes out with Ron. Mike calls John. John says that there are cops in the area and he?ll be over as soon as he can. Jen arrives and comforts Marcie. Marcie is scared and thinks that it?s all her fault all these terrible things are happening. Jen tells her that all she did was write a book, it?s not her fault at all. John arrives and begins to inspect the house. An officer tells John that the gas line was cut and there are signs of forced entry. Marcie panics because that is the next chapter in her book. Ron, Marcie and their father are brought to the hospital. Mike tells John that he was so worried that he was going to lose Marcie. John tells Mike that he did real good. Mike tells John about the telephone call he received. John casts his suspicions on Nick, who was there the night before.
Lindsay was just trying to be a good mom to Jen. Rex tells her that she is a very good mother and not to listen to Riley. Jen comes home. Rex agrees to give Jen all the space she needs and leaves. Lindsay is happy that Jen decided to come back and stay with her.
Van calls John to see if Marcie is ok. John tells her that Marcie and her family are fine, but the copycat killer struck again. Dan?s girlfriend calls him. Dan warns her not to call him, that he will call her. Dan hopes that everything goes according to plan. . .
