- 1). Open BorderManager.
- 2). Click the folder icon.
- 3). Browse to the file you want to convert to PIX and click “Open.” This displays the file properties in the BorderManager window.
- 4). Click the lock icon.
- 5). Enter your BorderManager password to unlock it.
- 6). Transfer the file to the PIX server. It will be unblocked so it can work on PIX. You can do this using any method, such as FTP, email or a disc.
- 7). Click the lock icon again to re-enable BorderManager protection when the transfer is complete. Your PIX server should have no trouble with the file now.
