- 1). Arrange your Mog House with Earth Energy furniture. This will help plants produce better harvests. Also arrange your Brass Flowerpots in your Mog House.
- 2). Plant the Tree Cuttings in the Brass Flowerpots.
- 3). Check the plants every day. This will keep them from dying and also help produce better harvests. When the Moogle tells you you can feed a crystal to your plant, you will have two choices if you want to make a profit. You can feed Light Crystals to the plant, which will grow Platinum Nuggets, or you can choose not to feed the plant crystals, which will grow Tree Saplings.
- 4). When the Moogle tells you again that you can feed a crystal to the plant, you have the same option as you did in the last step. However, make sure you do the same thing twice. For example, if you fed the plant a Light Crystal the first time, make sure you feed it a Light Crystal the second time. The same goes for not feeding a crystal.
- 5). When the plants are ready to be harvested, pick them. Platinum Nuggets are used by Goldsmithers, and you will sell them in the Goldsmithing section of the Auction House. Tree Saplings can be sold to other gardeners through the Auction House under "Other," or you can try to grow Ores with them yourself.
