- 1). Allow a guard to pursue you. When he is close to you, he will give you the option to either pay a fine, perform community service or resist arrest. Choosing to resist arrest will cause the guards to start fighting you, so don't choose this option.
- 2). Select to pay the fine and the amount of the fine will be deducted from your gold. The amount of your fine is determined by the severity of your crime; murder carries a fine of 500 gold, whereas vandalism carries a fine of 10 gold.
- 3). Select to perform community service to be given a community service quest. The difficulty of this quest will depend on your crime. There is no reward for this quest, but completing the quest will stop the bell and the guards will stop pursuing you.
