- 1). Measure your weight using the scale. Measure your height using the tape measure. Make a note of the results.
- 2). Measure your waist size at its narrowest point and at your navel. Measure your hip size at its widest point and your neck at the narrowest point using the measuring tape. Make a note of the results.
- 3). Check out the HealthStatus.com website. Choose your sex on the form. Enter your waist size at the narrowest point and at the navel. Enter your hip size at the widest point. Enter your neck size at the narrowest point.
- 4). Select your height and give your weight. You can enter your measurements in either metric or English units. Click "Calculate" to get your body fat ratio.
- 5). Check out the Healthy Forms website. Enter your sex, your age and your weight in pounds. One pound is 0.45 kilograms, so if you weigh 100 kg, divide 100 by 0.45 to get your weight in pounds.
- 6). Give your height in feet and inches. One foot is 0.3048 m, so if you are 1.8 m tall, divide 1.8 by 0.3048 to get your height in feet. Enter your waist measurements in inches. One inch is 2.5 cm, so if your waist circumference is 60 cm, divide 60 by 2.5 to get your waist measurement in inches. Click "Calculate Body Fat %" to get your body fat ratio.
