Calorie Shifting to Lose Weight Fast

One of the fastest ways to lose weight is a new technique called calorie shifting.
The concept involves eating meals of different caloric value several times per day.
By doing this every day over the course of a week, your body will become confused and your metabolism will skyrocket, causing you to literally melt off the pounds.
There are some important pointers that you must keep in mind, though.
As with any other diet, you must adhere to some basic rules or you will find that it won't work properly.
Make sure you create a menu beforehand and stick to it religiously.
Mix things up, but be sure to keep it as healthy as possible.
Try your hardest not to snack at all when you begin your calorie shifting diet.
The meals you create should be complete and more importantly they should all be of different caloric values.
That is the key to getting this diet to work for you.
Your body will become confused when you alternate calories between meals and you will begin to burn more fat, even when you are at rest.
Try to stretch the meals out to at least four per day.
This will assure that your stomach always has something in it, and the process of digestion itself will cause your metabolism to increase.
Resist the urge to snack, no matter how hard you want to.
Snacking will throw this process off and the calorie shifting diet will be less effective.
Keep a positive attitude and be sure to keep trying!
