- 1). Turn the Yukon's engine off. Lower the steering-wheel to its bottom position and place the shifter into first gear. This will allow for more space to remove the dashboard.
- 2). Pull the dashboard off at the passenger's side of the vehicle. This will require some force, but be careful not to break the plastic of the dashboard. Simply pull up on the edge to remove it from the vehicle. This will disengage the spring clips.
- 3). Continue pulling the dashboard off the vehicle until all eight spring clips have been disengaged. At this point, you can now safely pull the dashboard out of your Yukon.
