- 1). Open the email that you received from Digital River confirming your purchase of a Trend Micro software product. The email should include a download link that you originally used to download the digital version of the Trend Micro product.
- 2). Click on the download link and follow the on-screen prompts to download another copy of the Trend Micro product. Save the downloaded file to your desktop. Leave the email from Digital River open and go on to the next step.
- 3). Double-click on the downloaded file icon on your desktop, or if you saved the file to a particular folder, navigate to that folder and double-click on the file to launch the setup wizard.
- 4). Follow the on-screen prompts to reinstall the Trend Micro software.
- 5). Look at the email from Digital River that is still open in your email program and locate the product key or serial number that you'll need to finish the software installation. Enter this information in the registration window. Close the setup window and launch your newly re-installed Trend Micro software.
