- 1). Download and install iTunes if you currently do not have it. It is available for free from the iTunes.com website.
- 2). Launch the software (either available on the dock of a Mac or under "Start," "All Programs" for a Windows system).
- 3). Click the "Movies" tab on the left side of the program screen. All of the videos currently uploaded to iTunes appear in this screen.
- 4). Click-and-drag the MP4 Internet videos you want to upload to iTunes into the open window. This copies the files over to the software. Once finished, you may exit out of the iTunes program window.
