- 1). Open the hood of your Integra and grab the spark plug boot on the top of the engine. Wiggle it back and forth while pulling up on the spark plug wire boot to pull it out of the engine.
- 2). Trace the wire back to the distributor on the left side of the engine. The distributor looks like a small black circular component bolted to the engine.
- 3). Pull the plug wire boot off of the distributor.
- 4). Press the small boot end of the new NGK wire over the exposed distributor electrode.
- 5). Press the large boot end of the plug wire down into the engine and over the spark plug.
