Fear comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors.
Within two minutes of turning on the news, picking up the paper or tuning into a radio station you are bombarded with FEAR.
It really exists in the evening news, which primarily reports national tragedies and negative local incidents.
Fear rears its ugly head again during political debates or should I say during smear campaigns.
Let's not forget those folks selling you solutions to your financial woes are injecting a little fear into their sales pitch too.
Why do the media instill fear? I am glad you asked.
The media instills fear because it SELLS..
..
..
primarily in higher TV ratings.
It is also the catalyst to moving hidden agendas forward, making a financial book # 1 bestseller, and confusing the public on national issues.

Then one day, one glorious day, I found out who was more powerful than the media.
The answer is YOU are.
Once you remember that engaging in all types of media sources is a choice.
You can change the channel to change your mindset; refuse to join the recession; and choose to believe in yourself.
Your reality is not dictated by the media, but is determined by the choices you make.

Refuse to Join the Recession Refuse to participate in the recession.
Since the economic downturn, I keep hearing that the greatest number of millionaires were made during the Great Depression.
While there is some truth to that statement, I wonder what was different about the 'Millionaires of the Great Depression'.
What was different about Walt Disney that he created his company while everyone else was in the depression? The answer is he saw an opportunity, while everyone else saw a problem.
He acted out of faith, not fear.
He chose to not participate in the depression.
Choose to Believe In Yourself To exercise belief is to have faith in or place confidence in yourself, another person or a doctrine.
The next time you find yourself having negative thoughts or believing something will not turn out the way you want it.
Ask yourself, "How is this belief affecting me?" Do not believe anything that you think about yourself or a situation that's limiting you in any way.
Building a positive mindset will empower you to believe in unlimited possibilities and allow you to take action.
Realizing that fear is an illusion is a critical step in changing your mindset.
Making a choice in what you will accept as your truth positions you to refuse to join the recession.
The greatest freedom is freedom of choice.
