At the Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona last week, the Taiwanese manufacturer showed of its HTC One X along with three others.

Last year we saw the introduction of the dual-core chipset on smartphones, but the HTC One X brings the power of the smartphone to a whole new level and we can expect to see this feature on a whole host of smartphone releases over the rest of the year.

Unusually for an Android smartphone from HTC, the One X lacks a microSD slot, however 32 GB of onboard storage is likely to be ample for the vast majority of users.
The HTC One X is a very exciting phone indeed, and builds on the spec list of previous flagship handsets, bringing them bang up to date with a quad-core processor and the latest Android platform.
