- 1). Check out the call recording rates of various companies and request a quote if a company hasn't listed its call recording rates and packages on its website. Check with a few companies, such as Number Store, Ring Central, Phone Call Recording Services and Callagenix (see Resources).
- 2). Sign up with the call recording service that you choose. You can go to the service provider's website and contact it online or pull its toll free number from the website's "Contact Us" page.
- 3). Log in to your customer account after signing up and activate the call recording service. Choose preferences according to your organizational requirements. You can enter all the numbers for which the incoming or outgoing calls are to be recorded. Specify whether you want automatic recording of all calls or select a time frame during during which all calls are to be recorded. After activation, the service should be up and running within a few hours. You will then be able to access the recorded log on your online account.
