Americans are getting fat and that is obvious to anyone who bothers to attend a water park and actually it makes you feel good because there are people there much fatter than you say most visitors.
The truth is that part of the problem is in the food we eat combined with the fact that we do not exercise as much as we should.
There ought to be a discount for staying in shape or some sort of tax incentive, because people obviously need more of an incentive if we are to win the battle here with our healthcare issues.
If people worked out more, walked more or went jogging then they would live happier and healthier lives and cut the over all costs of our health care system.
Maybe we should send everyone to the Gym.
But wait, a recent study done shows that the working out in the Gym is completely out of the question.
Why you ask? Well research is showing it might not be say so No More Gym; Studies Show Bacteria is There? Yes, of course there is bacteria in a hot sweaty environment, but if we tell people not to got the gym they will lose their health then end up in the hospital and we know that 200,000 people or more year die from Hospital contracted staff infections.
So, I think I will take my risks at the gym, but thanks for the research anyway?
