Natural Antiperspirant All man made antiperspirants contain aluminum chloride.
This can be an irritant and cause itching or burning sensations.
It may also possibly be linked to formation of breast cancer.
If you prefer a natural alternative then you could instead try rock crystal.
You can get this from some pharmacies and also most health stores.
Don't worry, it is not a huge chunky crystal.
Instead it is formed from crushed minerals and acts as a 100% natural antiperspirant.
Iontophoresis This is a technique that can be used for excessive sweating of the hands, feet and the underarms.
It is a technique of applying electricity to water which is in contact with the sweat glands.
After 20 minutes of this non-painful treatment, the sweat ducts are blocked for around 2 to 3 weeks.
Botulinum Toxin This method paralyses the sweat glands but is only recommended for the underarms.
It is also very expensive and only temporary.
