One of the most irritating sounds in life is that of grinding gears.
When you hear that sound you just know things are bad.
It occurs in some automobiles, and many other types of mechanical equipment.
It can even occur in your own life, and when it happens you know something isn't right.
So, what can you do to make sure that piece of equipment or more importantly, your life, operate successfully? The body has many intricate parts that are joined together to form a unique YOU.
Each of those parts plays a significant role in the proper functioning of your body...
they work together to help you become a SUCCESSFUL human being.
Metaphorically those same body parts must operate in unison in more than our physical bodies.
But before I dive into a discussion about the anatomy, it's critical to understand this: If the arm is separated from the ankle or the hand is separated from the wrist, the body cannot function properly.
Each part has a way that it fits together with all the other parts.
Think of it as a gear mechanism in a machine.
The individual gears mesh together so the machine can operate smoothly and properly.
If even one gear is out of alignment it cannot move ahead and make the machine operate successfully.
As I said earlier many types of equipment use gears, and I remember when many cars had "standard" shifting rather than "automatic" shifting.
When I first learned how to drive I used a "standard" shift car and when I didn't shift it correctly you could hear the gears grinding together.
It was a terrible sound and if you did this often enough you would actually ruin the gears and the car would no longer function the way it was designed to.
Can you see the correlation? Your HEART, EYES, MIND, MOUTH, EARS, HANDS, and FEET must do this same thing for your body, and metaphoricallty for your life.
