- 1). Unplug the microwave oven from the wall outlet and turn it around.
- 2). Use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding the back panel to the oven.
- 3). Locate the fuse holder. The fuse holder holds a small glass fuse inside it.
- 4). Pull the fuse out of the fuse holder with your fingers and then replace it with your new fuse.
- 5). Replace the back panel on the microwave and then replace and tighten the screws holding it to the oven.
- 6). Plug the microwave back into the wall and then test it.
