- 1). Cover polystyrene balls with white craft glue. Then wrap white or silver ribbon around each ball one time. Bring both ends up top, and leave enough ribbon to create a loop to hang the sparkling snowball ornaments on a Christmas tree.
- 2). Sprinkle the balls with the glitter color of your choice. Let dry and apply glue again to a portion of each ball.
- 3). Pour desired amount of silver- or pearl-colored beads in various shapes into a bowl and roll the glued side of each ball in the mixture. Push the sparkling snowball ornaments into the corners of the bowl to get the beads to stick.
- 4). Apply glue to the remaining portions of the balls and repeat until each ball is covered in beads. Then cover with an acrylic paint or varnish to keep the beads in place and let the balls dry.
