Let's face it life is a lot more complicated than it used to be.
If we look at Indian cultures in places like Indonesia, we see Islanders that sit around with their families all day.
They do a little fishing, they do a little farming, and they kick back the rest of the day.
It is a pretty easy life and you have to admit it is pretty stress free.
Fast forward to a modern society like those folks that live in the middle class in the United States, and it is a completely stressful, high paced, and "pull your hair out" type of life in comparison.
Now, we all know that will never get back to that, and yet, we all hope to relieve some of the stress in our lives and make things easier, not only for ourselves, but also our family.
Too much stress leads to health problems, anxiety, high blood pressure, and it makes people agitated, and mean-spirited.
So, obviously you can understand why so many people do seminars, and write books on stress and stress management.
Over the years I've written a number of articles on this topic, and I always get interesting feedback on these articles, whereas on other types of articles I write I never get any phone calls, e-mails, or comments.
That is rather interesting in and of its self.
But let me tell you the kind of comments I get back.
People say things like; "you were so right about my stressful life," and then they go on to tell me how they were able to alleviate some of their stress by simply trying some of my techniques.
Interestingly enough, these are techniques, which I developed myself to deal with my high-stress work, having founded my own company and franchised it around the country.
Stress was a constant, it just was, and I had to deal with it.
If you are going to write articles on how to alleviate stress, or how to manage stress, then I recommend you use real life examples, and give your reader simple techniques, and tips to make their life less stressful.
Merely giving one or two tips per article can literally change someone's life.
And I hope you will do just that.
