Write it down: Purge your to do list from your head, put them on sticky notes so that you can post them up on a wall and sort them out, like with like. Take all the paper to do lists and sort out the those that have to dos in the same manner. Identify and toss duplicate to dos.
Feel it: If you feel elicit and therefore you get frozen honour, with such feeling then take an immediate action no matter how small.
