Are you suffering from lack of time? You feel there are a thousand things to do and yet you can not seem to find time. But it does not have to be like that if you know excellent time management skills. Here are several handy tips that could guarantee you absolutely more time and it is totally free and within reach.
The best tool to managing time better is to use a plan. Planning can be done by taking time out to brainstorm. It must be done with a clear mind by understanding the fundamentals and the objectives of which one is trying to achieve. A rather complicated plan should be broken down into smaller pieces targetting smaller problems that can be singularly fixed. Nonetheless, the greatest challenge in any master plan is the ability to study the dependencies between each and every piece of the solution.
For example, say the plan is to lose weight in 10 weeks, then there should be little plans about eating healthier breakfasts, working out every Mondays or dancing out every Tuesdays. Apparently each of these objectives look simple enough on their own, however what if in reality, that skinny breakfast complements not enough calories for the then afternoon workout or that Tuesday dance calls for its usual get-together eat and drink sessions? Are you going to ask everyone to eat less the way you do? Or be the odd one out skipping food and drinks? Or act as if you are eating just the same as your peers would?
Achieving good balance between work and play is essential. The mind is usually not fully capable of working straight throughout. We need a clear separation between work and play or rest. Either rest enough then work full swing or work on slowly for a later on more relaxed state. The key is to tell yourself when to stop and when to start again. The mind has the ability to better self adjust by being able to draw the line somewhere in any job. We do often ask this question about when we are calling it a day. Or specifically which milestones should we achieve before we could rest and start again another time. All these questions in our mind is the body's way of signalling to us that we need a rest. Hence, it is not strange or unusual, but we do need rest in order to save time from working on error prone states. A refreshed state of mind instantly grants us clarity, insight and effectiveness. Is time ever enough? The answer should be a yes. It depends on how we make use of time through proper time management skills. Otherwise, we may suffer great loss of time,
incomplete tasks which leads to personal inadequacy and lots of unnecessary wastage. Remember a minute gone is a minute gone and it would never return. Unless somebody creates a
time machine that allows us to go back in the past. However, if that ever happens, then we might have to meet dinosaurs and wear leaves. Anyway, whatever is written here may not
be all the answers in the world about managing time better, but it should be able to help a bit. As the saying goes, 'time is money' and it does sound quite harsh, but is
nonetheless the very truth. So stop wasting time for nothing.
