Tip #1 A Leader is not meretricious but one who gets the matrix better.
A leader who meets the need of the society and commonalty is a leader the society and commonalty needs.
The need of the society and commonalty is a need not met until the need of the man on the streets of the rural areas is met - do less of the contract and make over to a radically different state that enable the people live a fulfilled life.
