- 1). Obtain an AKC application from your breeder for the specific puppy you wish to register.
- 2). Mail your completed application and appropriate fees to the address provide by the American Kennel Club web site. The fee for simple registration is $20. The fee goes up if you wait over 12 months to register your AmStaff. Additional fees apply for added benefits such as lost and found services and pedigree services.
- 3). Check your registration certificate for accuracy after it arrives in the mail and contact the AKC to report errors. Allow three to four weeks for your application to be processed and mailed to you.
