After you know what the problem is, you can begin to treat it.
One of the most common methods that I used to reduce my anxiety is deep breathing exercises.
What you do is make sure that you are breathing from deep within your abdomen, and exhale slowly through the mouth.
This is going to help calm you down.
In addition to this, you may want to join your thumb and index finger together on your right hand, and release them when you exhale.
Another thing that you can do to combat your anxiety is to make sure that you practice relaxation techniques.
Often time when I used to feel stressed or have panic attacks, I would take a warm shower, and this would calm me down.
I would also think about some of my favorite hobbies, as this seemed to work well.
