- 1). Create the desired ribbon design in Microsoft Word. Personal wedding ribbons customarily give either the initials or names of the bride and groom as well as their wedding date and perhaps a theme for verse for the wedding. For example, "A Love for All Seasons, S & H White, August 18, 2010."
- 2). Experiment with fonts and letter sizes until the design is completely as desired.
- 3). Save the design for submission online.
- 4). Log onto a ribbon customizing website such as SpecialtyRibbon.com or PrintMyRibbon.com.
- 5). Select the desired colors, thickness and amount of ribbon. Consider ordering the ribbon in the wedding's colors.
