Tips to Get the Total Green Tea Benefits

During fermentation, the polyphenol is depleted.
Because the green tea preserves the polyphenol, it should be taken in that form.
Basis this principle, you should keep in mind that if you over brew the green tea, in all likelihood you will lose the polyphenol content.
One teaspoon of green tea for every 150 ml of water is ideal to brew.
Brewing time depends on the quality of tea.
The steeping of the tea to brew is the function of two different temperatures.
In the case of low quality tea, longest steeping time with hottest brewing temperature is ideal.
Accordingly, you can safely steep 2 to 3 minutes to brew with hot water temperatures range between 180 and 190 degree F.
The best quality tea is steeped for just 30 seconds in water temperature ranging between 140 and 160 degree F.
If you have to ensure value for money when you buy high quality tea, go for multiple steeping i.

, 2 or 3 times more.
There is an added advantage here.
The caffeine content in the subsequent brews is lower.
To some extent, you realize the value of the decaffeinated tea also.
Polyphenol alone is not sufficient to keep good immune system.
