2. Rapid Strength Gains

A stronger muscle is a bigger muscle, so the faster you can get stronger, the faster you can grow.  For one of the best fast ways to build muscle, use training techniques like high-rep squatting and heavy deadlifts that allow for rapid increases in the weight you can use.

3. Frequent Training

Not everyone has time to train all with extreme frequency, but if you do, it can be one of the best fast ways to build muscle.  The more frequently you can go through the process of breaking a muscle down in the weight room and building it back up with food and rest, the faster you will gain muscular size.

4. High Carbs

A lot of people fear fat gains from eating too many carbs, but they can really help you build muscle fast.  One of the best fast ways to build muscle is to eat around 100 grams of crabs at 4-5 of the 6 meals you should eating daily.  Be careful though – not everyone can do this without gaining excess body fat.
