For some people weight loss isn't the problem, weight gain is.
Some people just want to gain weight but stubbornly their bodies seem to refuse to do just that.
It seems like no matter what methods they try, some people just can't gain even one extra pound.
Furiously eating junk food all the time or trying to do body building really isn't the answer.
Too much unhealthy food is not only bad for you but it can make you feel perpetually bloated.
Bodybuilding can only serve to make you weaker if you don't do it properly.
The best thing that you can do to gain some extra mass is to start eating calorie dense food that is also healthy for you, and yes, such things actually do exist.

Then there is whole milk.

Not only does it provide you with plenty of calcium and vitamins, but it gives you an extra 150 calories per cup consumed everyday.
So if you have been using skimmed or semi-skimmed milk your entire life, now is really the time for you to start changing that.
In the same way, there is the third magic food: dark chocolate.
It not only satisfies any sweet cravings, but also is a great source of iron and gives you an extra 153 calories per every normal sized bar.
Eat four ounces of it and that means an intake of 600 calories that you weren't getting before.

Weight gain is not about late night cheeseburgers.
