Create a pit stop for the guests at your monster truck party. Have your guests take a break from the party games to refuel at different stations. Lay out a taco or burger spread, and let them pile on the fixings. While you're at it, make sure they have dessert and drinks. - Prepare a monster truck taco bar or a tire burger bar. If you choose a taco bar, set out everything you need: meat, hard shells, soft wraps, lettuce, salsa, olives, onions, cheese and sour cream. For a monster truck tire burger bar put out buns, burgers, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup and mustard. Alongside, serve a pasta salad made with differently shaped noodles and call it nuts and bolts salad.
- Decorate ice cream sundaes with traffic signs made from plastic spoons and construction paper. Fill small bowls with scoops of ice cream and then let your guests choose their toppings. Give each a traffic sign spoon to stick in his ice cream.
- Build a monster truck cake. Press crushed chocolate sandwich cookies covered with a small amount of melted butter in the bottom of a cake pan. Mix whipped topping and cream cheese together. Spread on top and then refrigerate. Spoon chocolate pudding on top and sprinkle more crushed cookies, along with a handful of gummy worms. Use crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed graham crackers and broken pieces of chocolate candy to make a monster truck track. Keep refrigerated until serving. Decorate with toy trucks.
- Prepare a punch in the color of the child's favorite monster truck, or call it fuel, oil or go-go juice. Alternatively, fill a toy truck bed with ice and drink boxes for a self-serve party station.
