- 1). Press the BlackBerry logo menu key to display the full list of icons.
- 2). Highlight "Messages" and click the trackball.
- 3). Press the BlackBerry logo menu key, then click "Options" and "Email Settings."
- 4). Highlight the email account you want to change, then press the BlackBerry logo menu button and click "Edit."
- 5). Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section, click "Advanced Options" and type the name of your email server in the "Email Server:" box.
- 6). Click "Save" to confirm the changes.
