- 1). Form the 2-by-4s into a rectangle with the two 36-inch boards forming one set of opposite sides and the two 15-inch boards forming the other set. Attach them by screwing through the 36-inch boards into the 2-by-4 face of the smaller boards.
- 2). Lay the plywood sheet on top of the frame, center it carefully and secure it with screws.
- 3). Mark the center point of each 18-inch edge and then draw a line that connects them. Along this line, mark points at 8 inches, 18 inches and 28 inches from the end of the board.
- 4). Measure and trace 6-inch circles centered at each of these points (3-inch radii).
- 5). Use the jigsaw to cut out the circles, making steady, even cuts.
