Unfortunately, no fishing or trespassing are allowed at Table Rock Cove because it is designated as a Greenville Watershed Lake---one that provides drinking water to the city of Greenville. However, a small viewing area is accessible, and for nature lovers and bird watchers, it is well worth the trip.
- Saluda Lake, a 331-acre reservoir created by a spillway from a dam on the Saluda River, is popular because it is a stocked fishing lake known for its plentiful bass and massive catfish. It is located about 11 miles east of Easley, South Carolina. Boating is also prevalent on the lake; although shallow boats are recommended because some portions of the lake are quite shallow, with an average depth of 22.7 feet, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service.
