- 1). Wash your face twice a day with warm water and 1 tbsp. of organic whole milk or full fat yogurt.
- 2). Smooth a natural toner gently on your just-washed face with a cotton pad or cotton ball. Use toners with natural ingredients that are beneficial for mature skin, such as carrot oil, tea tree oil, lavender essential oil or aloe vera.
- 3). Apply an all-natural moisturizer to your face and neck daily, especially at bedtime. Look for a chemical-free moisturizer made of natural oils such as jojoba oil or almond oil.
- 4). Treat your skin to a moisturizing facial mask once or twice each week. Try a natural, homemade facial made of 1 tsp. of organic full fat yogurt and 1 tsp. of warm honey. Mix the ingredients together and smooth the facial on your face and neck. Leave the facial on for about 15 minutes, and rinse with warm water.
- 5). Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily, which will keep your skin firm and hydrated.
- 6). Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
- 7). Eat a diet containing plenty of fruits and dark green, leafy vegetables such as spinach or Swiss chard.
