More than a thousand packages of langar prepared by the Jericho Sikh Aid volunteer team fill the back of the Sikh Aid truck waiting to to be delivered to hungry earthquake survivors in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The Jericho Beach team from British Columbia includes Sikhs from Northern California who have volunteered on behalf of the Guru Nanak Gurdwara which raised half a million (Canadian) dollars provide relief to Haiti Earthquake victims in partnership with United Sikhs, a UN affiliated, international aid organization.
